Participants quickly understood what to do and could join in without much guidance.
The end-to-end chain ran in a real event environment with multiple simultaneous matches.
The sponsor was clearly visible on the viewer during the show.
The final ran at the same time as other matches, so fewer people participated at the same moment.
Around 20 of the 60 attendees actively took part. Extra event calls-to-action can improve this.
This pilot confirms that internet quality directly impacts the live smartphone experience.

The test case shows that Lumicrowd also works in a sports environment and can be deployed quickly. The next step is building scale: more simultaneous participants, stronger activation during peak moments and further optimisation for network conditions.
