Do participants need to install an app?
No. Guests scan a QR code and join in seconds in their phone's browser - nothing to download.
Which phones work?
Any modern smartphone with a web browser. No special device and no wearable.
How many phones can join at once?
We validated 200 phones live simultaneously at Citymesh 20Y, with zero errors, and the platform is built to scale further. For very large crowds we set up a dedicated scale test first.
Do we need LED wristbands or extra hardware?
No hardware. The crowd already holds the display in their hands - every phone becomes a controllable pixel.
How is the show controlled?
Live by the operator. You can drive it from the lighting desk over DMX / Art-Net / sACN, or with a simple console (even a Stream Deck) - one key per moment.
What about privacy and data?
Participation is lightweight, session-based and pseudonymous - there are no public audience accounts. See our privacy page for the full detail.
Which venues does it work in?
Any venue we map to its own layout - a flat floor, a tiered bowl, a dome, a sports hall or a stadium. Every effect uses the space you actually have.
